Instructions
Infusing Your Coconut Oil
With POT by NOIDS:
Decarboxylate Herbs: Place ground herbs in POT by NOIDS, use the Decarb function.
Infuse: Add coconut oil to decarboxylated herbs, use the Oil Infusion function.
Strain: Cool, then use the plunger to strain and press out the oil.
Without POT by NOIDS:
Decarboxylate Herbs: Preheat oven to 110°C (230°F), bake ground herbs for 30–40 minutes.
Melt Butter: In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
Add Herbs: Add decarboxylated herbs, simmer on low heat for 2–3 hours.
Strain: Cool, then strain through cheesecloth into a bowl.
Making the Gummies
Mix Ingredients: Combine fruit juice, agar-agar, sweetener, and coloring in a saucepan. Stir well.
Heat Mixture: Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer.
Add Oil: Add infused coconut oil, simmer for 5 minutes while stirring.
Pour into Molds: Let the mixture cool slightly, then use a pipette to fill gummy molds.
